Day One [April 24]

Come early to find parking and enjoy our pre-service experience. Social Coffee will be available and a great opportunity for community and connection. Shuttles will be available at the parking lot.

Registration: 5:30pm

Pre- Service Experience: 6:00pm

Doors Open: 6:45pm

Event Start Time: 7:30pm

Day Two [April 25]

Come enjoy day 2 of this amazing experience full of intimate Worship, community, and the Word. Social Coffee will be available for some amazing coffee & drinks! There will be a break between sessions during which the Gathering market will open, featuring food and a variety of other vendors.

Registration: 9:00am

Pre- Service Experience: 9:00am

Doors Open: 9:15am

Session 1: 10:00am

 FAQs

  • Gathering Girl’s Conference is a two-day event. On Friday April 24th, the conference will start at 7:30PM. On Saturday, the event will begin at 10am with 2 sessions throughout the day and a lunch break. Please check the Conference Schedule for more details.

  • Please note that childcare will not be available for this event, so we kindly ask that you make necessary arrangements in advance!

  • Check in is required. We ask that you come ready with the name, email, and phone number of the registration. If your registration contains more than one person, we suggest checking in as a group.

    Please note, if the amount of people checking in exceed the number registered, we will consider this a non-registered person. Seating is not guaranteed for non-registered attendees.
